After admitting to “shame,” apologizing and going into rehab, Mel Gibson had put behind him the bizarre tirade to police about Jews during his drunken-driving arrest four years ago.

But now comes Internet reports that the actor used the N-word and other derogatory phrases in a profanity-laced argument with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, who are now in the middle of a custody fight over their 8-month-old daughter.

And, according to RadarOnline, it’s all on audiotape., which broke the news of the 2006 tirade, says it has confirmed the latest alleged outburst and adds that Grigorieva also has “incendiary e-mails” from the actor.

Grigorieva’s attorneys declined to discuss the reports, while Gibson’s rep says, “I have no comment on, and furthermore no knowledge of, the credibility or authenticity of any alleged audio tapes.”
