“Just Shoot Me” star David Spade, 36, was allegedly attacked with a stun gun in his Beverly Hills home yesterday by his personal assistant who was apparently trying to rob him, police Sgt. Tom Van Ausdell told the Associated Press. Spade, who was treated by paramedics who came to his house, sustained minor injuries. The employee, identified by police as David Malloy, 29, had left the house by the time law enforcers arrived. But hours later he was caught and arrested. Police said that he now faces charges of burglary, assault with a deadly weapon and assault with a stun gun. His bail was set at $50,000.
