Music legend David Bowie left his wife Iman and his two children with an estate worth as much as $100 million, PEOPLE confirms.

In his will, which was filed in court on Friday in Manhattan, Bowie requested his supermodel wife, their daughter Alexandria and his son from a previous marriage, Duncan Jones, be left with nearly half of his estate, documents obtained by PEOPLE confirm.

The “Star Man” singer’s net worth had once been estimated to be $230 million.

The singer, who died earlier this month after battling cancer for a year and a half, also left $2 million to his personal assistant Corinne Coco Schwab and $1 million to Marion Skene, who was formerly Duncan’s nanny.

The large sum of money is to be split among the family, with each child receiving 25 percent, and Iman receiving 50 percent and all but one piece of Bowie’s real estate, including their shared apartment in SoHo.

Alexandria, 15, will get her father’s estate on Little Tonshi Mountain near Woodstock, New York.

According to the New York Daily News, Bowie made the decision to sign his will after suffering a heart attack in 2004.

The musician also asked to be cremated and have his ashes spread in Bali during a Buddhist ritual.
