To 1.2 million subscribers, the SACCONEJOLYs, a YouTube channel helmed by married couple Anna and Jonathan Saccone-Joly, is the epitome of feel-good, family-friendly entertainment.

The couple, who are parents to toddlers Emilia and Eduardo, post daily videos on YouTube, inviting millions of users into their lives each day.

PEOPLE caught up with Anna and Jonathan in N.Y.C. on Friday at StreamCon – the pair’s first time attending – where they divulged details about the family’s trip to Times Square as well as the decision to post Anna’s birth video on the couple’s joint YouTube account.

“Everybody says that [it was crazy],” Anna told PEOPLE. “For me, it was really normal.”

The pair added that the video underwent editing, leaving just the family with the original video in its entirety.

“There’s a birth video that we have that’s not for Internet consumption,” said Jonathan with a smile. “And that’s the one that has everything.”
