Amber Rose: 'I Cannot Even Count How Many Times a Famous Guy Touched Me Inappropriately'

Posted on

Amber Rose is getting candid about being sexually accosted by a countless number of recognizable men in Hollywood.

In the wake of Donald Trump‘s leaked Access Hollywood video in which he made lewd comments about women in a 2005 interview with then-host Billy Bush, the mother of one and former Dancing with the Stars contestant opened up to Yahoo Style about men having touched her inappropriately in the past — and shared her thoughts on the former Apprentice host–turned–GOP presidential nominee.

“I want him to get in trouble for it because I cannot even count how many times a famous guy touched me inappropriately — seriously,” Rose, 33, said when asked about Trump’s 11-year-old “locker room talk.”

“Imagine this. Donald Trump comes and touches me inappropriately, right. I’m a regular ass girl. Do I call 911? Do I get on Twitter and tweet about it? How should I go about letting people know that this guy did it to me and who’s actually going to believe me? You know what I’m saying?” Rose continued.

“You just try to get over it and it happens to so many women. That’s why I started SlutWalk. We talk about all these issues at SlutWalk.”

Rose — who’s been growing closer to DWTS pro Val Chmerkovskiy since partnering with his brother Maks on the show — founded SlutWalk with the mission of “Delivering a flawlessly executed event geared toward raising awareness about sexual injustice and gender inequality. The Amber Rose SlutWalk aims to impact and uplift while shifting the paradigm of rape culture,” according to the event’s website.

On Oct. 1, Rose strutted her stuff against slut-shaming and sexual assault at the second annual SlutWalk in Los Angeles with BFF Blac Chyna by her side.

“The number one misconception was people assuming that it was a walk to promote prostitution or promiscuity, which is really stupid,” Rose previously told PEOPLE of the event. “That’s the total opposite of what it was.”
