British Shakespearean actor MICHAEL WILLIAMS, 65, husband of “Shakespeare in Love” Oscar winner Dame Judi Dench (she is also nominated for a Golden Globe for this year’s “Chocolat”), died on Thursday in London after a long battle against lung cancer, his agent announced. The Williamses were married for 30 years, and his film roles included those in 1982’s “Educating Rita” . . . Brazilian guitarist and composer (of more than 500 songs, over four decades) LUIS BONFA, 78, who helped found the bossa nova style of music, died on Friday of cancer in his hometown of Rio de Janeiro. His best-known song was 1962’s “Carnival Morning,” though he shot to fame for having supplied the soundtrack to the 1959 best foreign language Oscar winner from Brazil, “Black Orpheus.”
