Posted on

Our 2016 Sexiest Man Alive detailed a day of his carnivorous diet for us, and we’re warning vegetarians now — look away!

Along with his meaty diet, Johnson works out five days a week for an hour and 15 minutes a day.

“It’s 20-35 minutes of low-impact cardio, generally on the elliptical. It’s easier on my joints,” he explains. “And then free weights, and I rotate muscle groups.”

Read on for his daily diet, and for more from this year’s Sexiest Man Alive — and to see who else made the cut — pick up this week’s issue of PEOPLE on newsstands Friday
