What Does The Rock Eat in a Day? A Constant Flow of Meat

Posted on

What does it take for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to maintain his 6’5″, 245 lb., muscular body? Meat. So much meat.

Our 2016 Sexiest Man Alive detailed a day of his carnivorous diet for us, and we’re warning vegetarians now — look away!

Along with his meaty diet, Johnson works out five days a week for an hour and 15 minutes a day.

“It’s 20-35 minutes of low-impact cardio, generally on the elliptical. It’s easier on my joints,” he explains. “And then free weights, and I rotate muscle groups.”

Read on for his daily diet, and for more from this year’s Sexiest Man Alive — and to see who else made the cut — pick up this week’s issue of PEOPLE on newsstands Friday
