The trainer is sharing a runway-inspired move that will add muscle to your legs, and put a little pep in your step.
“Your daily focus for the day is mental fitness, and physical fitness,” he explains.
“You know, when you watch people walking the runway they feel confident, they look confident? Well you have to do the same thing when you walk down the street or get out of your car, or even when you walk to the water fountain.”
The best way to do that, Shaun T says, is to build strength in the legs. He suggests going into a front lunge, and doing calf raises for 30 seconds on each leg.
“If you do those calf raises right, and you get nice and low, you’ll have strong legs, you can walk good, and you’re pumped,” he says. “Focus on walking the runway and being the best that you can be.”
