She’s had two babies and her hips still don’t lie.
In the Instagram, the 38-year-old mom of two can be seen donning black leggings and a crop top and sporting her signature curls and a big smile next to her trainer.
“Dancing and working with @theannakaiser today!! @aktinmotion,” the Colombian performer captioned the photos. (AKT combines yoga, dance, strength training and plyometrics in one killer – and fun – sweat session.)
Shakira also teamed up with the fitness guru after giving birth to her first son, recruiting Kaiser for a never-boring workout plan and a diet fit for the pop star.

Kaiser told Shape in April 2014 that the pair’s fitness plan consisted of two 30-minute sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening.
“You get an added metabolism-booster in the second half of the day. After six weeks, she did an hour in the morning and another hour in the evening,” Kaiser told the magazine.
She also recommended Shakira meal plans that consisted of small portions, multiple times a day to “fight against that dreaded food coma.”
But her biggest piece of advice for moms hoping to rev back up to their pre-baby workouts: “It’s important to work slowly and intelligently in your strength work before revving up the intensity you can gradually kick up the intensity. Interval training is a great way to incorporate short bouts of strength and cardio efficiently too,” adding that moms have small windows of time.
