“I’m good,” Disick, 31, told PEOPLE Sunday when he stopped by to hang out at Liquid Sundays at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut with unofficial sister-in-law Khloé Kardashian. “I’ve had ups and downs. Every time you can better yourself it’s a good thing, and a positive thing.”
His hospitalization in June for alcohol poisoning came only months after both of his parents passed away, and the father of Penelope, 2, and Mason, 4 (and who is also expecting his third child with girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian), has since sought help to cope with the devastating losses.
“I’m excited to just be feeling good and living healthy, eating better, exercising more and doing whatever I can to get by,” said Disick, who was low-key at the pool party event, sticking to bottled water and interacting at various times with fans who approached the VIP section where he hung out for around two hours.
As for Kardashian, who is reportedly due in December, “she’s great,” he added, “She’ll [keep running around] until that kid pops out of her.”
