Khloé Kardashian has slimmed down and toned up in recent months, and she continues to actively document her fitness journey on social media. Her latest go-to trick for achieving that hourglass figure? Waist “snatching.”
In an Instagram posted on Friday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is seen wearing black leggings, a sweatshirt, and a tight, gray waist-trainer. “Early morning sweat and waist snatching session,” she captioned. “The only place I get my waist trainers from @premadonna87 @waistgangsociety. TGIF!!!! #WaistGang.”
Kardashian, 30, is one of many stars to hop on the waist-training bandwagon. The trend involves wearing a corset around the waist and rib cage for hours on end to achieve the appearance of an hourglass shape.
Kardashian’s weight loss is the product of more than just a few hours in a corset, though. The star told PEOPLE in March she works out “almost every day.” In addition to visiting a trainer five days a week, the star also tries to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.

“I had to train myself to drink more water. I drink like 5 liters of water a day,” she said.
The new-blonde’s original motivation for her new work out regimen stems from her divorce from Lamar Odom, Kardashian told U.K. Cosmopolitan Body in their latest issue.
“The gym was my only refuge,” Kardashian told the magazine. “I could put music on and dance around with my girlfriends and be silly.”
