Khloé Kardashian is breaking down exactly how she sculpts her upper arms – and the key is resistance bands.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 32, demonstrates her four go-to tricep toning moves in a video she posted on her app and website on Monday. In the video, Kardashian works out along with her sister Kourtney Kardashian and their trainer Don-a-Matrix doing a series of exercises that use a resistance band to strengthen the upper arms while working the lower body as well.
Kardashian recommends using 15- to 30-lb. resistance bands for the workout.
1. Reverse lunge: Lock elbows and press arms back while doing reverse lunges with alternate legs.
2. Knee-up with lunge: Lift knees to chest while pressing the arms back. Switch legs with each lunge.

3. Scissor jump: Jump and switch legs while pressing the arms back.
4. Knee-up with tricep extension: Alternate bringing knees to chest while reaching arms overhead. Bend from the elbows and press forward.
Keep the knee in line with toes for all lower body moves. Do 20 reps of each for three sets to burn up to 250 calories.
