“When I have a serious craving, I remind myself to exercise portion control,” the reality star, 32, says on her app and website. “I believe that if you want chocolate, go for it, but only have a handful. If you start to crave ice cream every night, you’ll get addicted to a routine. But if you really need a handful of chocolate, eat it, or else you’re definitely going to binge later.”
Kardashian also shared the fitness mantras she uses to keep herself motivated.
“It can be really hard to get to the gym early in the morning,” she writes. “I wake up around 5 a.m. every day to work out, so I always tell myself, ‘You never regret a workout, but you always regret not going.’ I say this every single day.”
Another of her favorites is “I’m not gonna die!”
“Before running to the top of a hill, I always say, ‘I’m not gonna die,’ ” says Kardashian. “I have to somehow get up there and then back home. I mean, what else am I gonna do, sit there?”

And she also doesn’t beat herself up if she doesn’t get to her second workout of the day.
“I only do two-a-day workouts for a short period of time if I’m trying to feel my best before an event, so that’s my encouragement,” Kardashian writes. “Recently, I flaked on my second workout because I just couldn’t do it! I felt bad about it at first, but told myself, ‘I did it already today.’ ”
“I really wanted to go to the second workout because I was doing a shoot for GQ a few days after, but I had cramps and realized it just wasn’t going to happen,” she continues. “I thought about what was going to be better: sleeping or going to the gym. Sleeping won, lol!”
