Hitting the beach nine weeks after giving birth is no problem for fit mom Hannah Polites.
The midwife and lifestyle blogger headed to the ocean in her native Australia on Wednesday, sharing a snap of her impressive bikini body just two months after welcoming daughter Evaliah Grace.
“Spring days in the sunshine,” Polites, 25, writes. “9 weeks postpartum and I’ve finally found a pair of bikinis that fit my breastfeeding bod.”
Polites wowed with her small baby bump during her pregnancy, but the attention came with criticism.
“Unfortunately, it’s become common for society to comment on the health of a person simply from their size being different to what they perceive to be normal,” she previously told PEOPLE. “However, I do not take the small amount of negative comments to heart, especially when I know I am making informed decisions when it comes to nutrition and exercise in pregnancy and motherhood.”

Polites says she hasn’t gotten back into her old workout routine, but she already fits in her pre-baby dresses.
“I haven’t started heavy training yet, just walking, Pilates and carrying my chubby little babe around,” she wrote on Instagram.
7 weeks with my Evie doll 👸🏼💕 I haven't started heavy training yet, just walking, Pilates and carrying my chubby little babe around 🤗 a fresh @bondisands tan always helps too … I Always feel so much better after a tan (just have to make sure I don't get it on the baby.. We've all seen those memes 😆😂) #bondisands
She credited her fit shape during pregnancy to her hard work in the gym before and while carrying Evaliah.
“I was very physically active before I fell pregnant, so I have luckily been able to continue with most of my training, making modifications as necessary as the pregnancy progresses,” Polites told PEOPLE. “I still currently participate regularly in strength training, reformer Pilates, swimming and walking and find that this has been my saving grace in combating fatigue, nausea and aches and pains common in pregnancy.”
