The Australian fitness trainer, 27, posed for a photo wearing just a sports bra and leggings, with her taut tummy (and “ridiculous jugs,” in her words) on full display, with the announcement that the gym she runs with her husband is opening a third location.
Miah arrived “healthy” and “happy” on March 25, weighing 7 lbs., 13 oz.

Duncan wrote that she started her pregnancy at 72 kgs., or about 158 lbs., and added around 32 lbs. to her muscular body while carrying Miah, which she says was largely water weight in the last few weeks. And just 11 days after giving birth, she was back to her initial weight.
Duncan kept up her workouts right until she gave birth, hitting the gym for kickboxing workouts.
“My approach to my fitness now [that I’m] pregnant has been a slow progression of modifying exercise after exercise as I get further into my pregnancy,” she told PEOPLE before giving birth. “I’ve enjoyed training while pregnant and haven t felt like it’s more effort – it s just a motherly instinct to taper particular movements as you feel the body change and ability lessen.”
