The singer, who is currently on her sold-out Adele Live 2016 world tour, shared another hilarious photo from the gym.
While she looked like she was crying out in pain as she lifted weights the last time, Adele, 28, has her determined face on as she uses dumbbells with a trainer in Toronto.
She captioned the photo with a simple, “Toronto, ON / Oct 4,” making the workout a nice break in between four shows in the city.
The mom to son Angelo James, 3, kicked up her fitness routine before she released her wildly successful third album, 25, but she’s not a big fan of pumping iron.
“I mainly moan,” she said of her workouts. “I’m not, like, skipping to the f—ing gym. I don’t enjoy it.”
Adele said she’s only doing it “to get in shape for myself, but not to be a size zero or anything like that.”
She isn’t interested in dieting down to a tiny dress size — but Adele is curious if her body shape had to do with her rise to the top.
“Would I show my body off if I was thinner? Probably not, because my body is mine,” she says. “But sometimes I’m curious to know if I would have been as successful if I wasn’t plus-size. I think I remind everyone of themselves. Not saying everyone is my size, but it’s relatable because I’m not perfect, and I think a lot of people are portrayed as perfect, unreachable and untouchable.”

Adele is on her eighth month of touring around the globe, with stops in Germany, Spain, Belgium and more. After her last night in Toronto Friday, Adele heads south through the U.S., before ending her grueling schedule on Nov. 21.
But with a game face like Adele’s, clearly she’ll have no trouble wrapping up her tour with energy to spare.
