And on Tuesday, the Snooki & JWoww star showed off the stunning results.
“I work out in the gym seven days a week. I go with my trainer five days a week, I have a treadmill downstairs or I do crunches,” Snooki, 25, told PEOPLE at SELF Rocks The Summer Party in Manhattan. “I try to do something at least once a day.”
Once famous for going clubbing and her drunken shenanigans on MTV’s Jersey Shore, Snooki now seems to be a proudly reformed party girl.
“It’s a part of my life – being fit is [a priority],” she said. “First was partying, now it’s my son and working out.”
More exercise isn’t the only thing that’s changed since she and fiancé Jionni LaValle welcomed baby Lorenzo, who turns 1 next month.
“It’s made me a better person, it’s made me realize what life is really about and screw the bullsh––,” Snooki says about motherhood.
“I love my baby. He’s my best friend. I love just laying in our playroom and he just crawls on me and we cuddle and giggle. That’s like the best thing ever.”
So how does she balance being a mom with her seven-day-a-week fitness routine?
With ease, she says: “As long as you’re motivated and dedicated, it’s not hard at all.”
