For her fourth pregnancy with son Finn (born Aug. 30), the crafty mom enlisted kids Liam, Stella and Hattie to dip their hands in paint and leave their little prints on her belly. "I think it turned out so well! They had a great time participating and the picture will look amazing hanging in the baby's room," Spelling wrote on her website. The project was nothing new: The star (and her little ones!) also got creative during her pregnancy with youngest daughter Hattie.
