It’s a future potential Bachelorette for J.P. Rosenbaum and Ashley Hebert Rosenbaum!
The couple welcomed their second child, daughter Essex Reese Rosenbaum, on Friday, Nov. 4 in Miami, Florida, they confirm to PEOPLE exclusively. Born at 10:38 a.m., the newborn — whom the couple have nicknamed “Essie” — weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz. and measured 19 inches long.
“Both mommy and beautiful baby Essie are doing great!” Rosenbaum, 39, tells PEOPLE, sharing a photo of the couple with their new daughter shortly after she arrived via caesarean section.
The former reality star, 32, married Rosenbaum, whom she met during the seventh season of The Bachelorette, in a televised ceremony in December 2012. The couple are already parents to son Fordham Rhys, 2.

The Rosenbaums announced their little girl’s impending arrival with a sweet Instagram post in May.
“I can’t hold it in any longer … My heart is bursting with love now that we’re #ClearblueConfirmed!” Hebert Rosenbaum captioned a photo of a blackboard with the inscription “Ashley + JP + Ford + Baby Girl = [Heart].”
“These booties are just the start, can’t wait to stock up on cute tutus and sparkles for my #babygirl!,” she added.
Rosenbaum is likely over the moon about the fact that his little ones are so close in age. Ford just celebrated his second birthday in September, so little Essie is following in her dad’s footsteps since Rosenbaum and his own brother are just 22 months apart.
“There’s talk, and there’s action of more babies. We’re talking … and we’re rockin’!” Hebert Rosenbaum joked to PEOPLE in February, just three months before sharing the couple’s exciting news.
