"The shower was amazing! It was so beautiful and such a welcoming party for our little girl," said the former Bachelorette star, who is expecting her first child with husband Stephen Stagliano in early February. "I felt beautiful and like a proud mom-to-be in this dress," she told PEOPLE of her royal blue A Pea in the Pod shift.

The scrumptious meal, prepared by farm-to-table meal delivery service Paleta, included veggies, a crudités basket with hummus and artichoke dip, house-made granola and greek yogurt, a turkey sandwich on a pretzel baguette, chicken salad and strawberry milk n' cookies.

What would a pink-themed soirée be without some delicious pink cupcakes? The baked treats, which were frosted together and topped with a crown, were designed by Polkatots.

A baby shower isn't complete without gifts for the mom-to-be! But luckily this mom is easy to impress. "I’ve desperately tried to refrain from buying tons of baby clothes because most moms have told me they barely used half of what they had," she told PEOPLE. "I'm a simple lady – less is more."

"I have only gained 26 pounds," said Pappas Stagliano, who made sure to splurge on all the yummy food at her shower, including these citrus quinoa stuffed baby oranges with pecans, dates and satsuma.

ALL IN THE FAMILY
The Bachelorette star was surrounded by friends and family including soon-to-be sister-in-law Emily Tuchscherer, mother-in-law Lynn Stagliano and good pal Jenna Neumann. "We're so forthright with so much in our lives that we wanted to leave a few details for just us and our family to enjoy for the time being," said Pappas Stagliano about keeping the baby's name a secret for now.
