And the Grammy Awards‘ biggest award of the night goes to Taylor Swift!

Swift took home music’s biggest prize on Monday night when she won album of the year for 1989, and responded to Kanye West’s lyrics that claim he made her famous.

“[A]s the first woman to win album of the year at the Grammys twice,” Swift said. “I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame.”

She continued, “If you just focus on the work, and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you’re going, you’ll look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love you who put you there, and that will be the greatest feeling in the world. Thank you for this moment.”

The star beat out an impressive list of nominees – including Kendrick Lamar‘s To Pimp a Butterfly, Alabama Shakes’ Sound & Color, Chris Stapleton’s Traveller and The Weeknds Beauty Behind the Madness.

“I want to thank the fans for the last ten years,” Swift began the speech, as bestie Selena Gomez stood applauding and looking proud.

Previous Grammy Award album of the year winners include Daft Punk for Random Access Memories in 2014, Mumford & Sons in 2013 for Babel and Adele for 21 in 2012.

The 58th Grammys are airing live on Monday on CBS.
