• 2 oz. bourbon
• ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. rosé wine
• Ginger beer, to taste
• Large flower, for optional garnish
1. Combine bourbon and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
2. Top with ginger beer, leaving at least an ounce of space at the top.
3. Top with about an ounce of rosé and, if desired, garnish with a large flower (Ryan used a pink carnation). Serve.
