Gary Coleman IS A BATTLE BREWING OVER HIS ESTATE?
On June 2, five days after Gary Coleman died with Shannon Price, 24, at his bedside, it was revealed that Price-who had been referred to as his wife-and Coleman had, in fact, divorced in August 2008. The revelation quickly raised eyebrows, since it was her decision to take him off life support. But Coleman, it turned out, gave Price authority to make medical decisions. Yet who’s in charge of the actor’s funeral and estate remains in question. “Shannon’s only goal is to make sure Gary’s wishes are accomplished,” says Price’s rep. However, a will from 1999 names Coleman’s former manager Dion Mial, 46, as executor and doesn’t name Price or the actor’s parents as beneficiaries, says Mial’s lawyer Kent Alderman, who declined to give more details. Price, however, told ET, “Gary wanted me to have everything” and claims she has a will Coleman wrote in 2007. Alderman counters that it’s void due to the divorce, but Shannon’s rep says she intends to contest the 1999 will. There may not be much to fight over: Although the actor was once worth $18 million, Coleman died with little money, his main asset being his $315,000 home in Utah. Mial has already accused Price of “ongoing desperate attempts to profit from the mysterious death of her ‘beloved husband.'” (Shannon’s rep had no comment on those allegations.) Meanwhile Gary’s parents, Sue, 67, and Willie Coleman, 71, with whom the actor cut off all communication around 1995, said in a statement they’re not looking for a legal fight: “It’s time for Gary to find peace and let his spirit go.”
IS KIM BACK WITH REGGIE?
Over the course of their three-year relationship, Kim Kardashian, 29, and Reggie Bush, 25, were on and off. But since their split in March, the two have gone their separate ways. Now a tabloid is claiming the couple have rekindled their romance-after being pressured by her mom, Kris Jenner, to do so-and are now talking weddings and babies. “The story isn’t true,” an insider tells Scoop. “They’re on friendly terms, but Kim is over the relationship. Reggie would like to get back together, but it’s not likely.”

Twain, 44, “danced all night” with Frederic Thiebaud, 40, says a source. “She was radiantly happy.” Her beau’s ex-wife Marie-Anne was the “other woman” who helped end Twain’s marriage. With her divorce from Lange, 61, finalized in Switzerland this week, she is now free to take the next step with Thiebaud. As she preps to shoot Why Not? With Shania Twain (her series on the Oprah Winfrey Network) amid speculation American Idol is courting her to be a judge, she’s moving on in life and in love. “Things are getting really serious with Fred,” adds the source.
