Postcards from the Perrys!

Posted on

RANDERS, DENMARK

“We took a picture with the crowd at every date,” says Kimberly Perry (with brothers Reid and Neil last fall). “To hear them sing along in the different accents was so great.”

HELSINGBORG, SWEDEN

“We saw this dragon statue and decided to do the ‘We Came, We Saw, We Conquered’ setup,” says Kimberly. “Veni, vidi, vici is the extent of my Latin!”

PARIS

“You could spend a week in the Louvre, but we only got four hours,” says Kimberly. “From the ‘Mona Lisa’ to the apartments of Napoleon, it was one of my favorite things in Europe.”

SKIEN, NORWAY

“This photo reminds us of the cover of Lord of the Flies,” says Reid. “We were being tourists. Who can resist these things?”

BERLIN

“I’m standing in a cupola!” says Neil (at the Bode Museum). “We took the subway over to Museum Island and saw what we could.”

COLOGNE, GERMANY

“The cathedral was amazing, like an ancient skyscraper,” says Neil. “This was Reid’s birthday!” says Kimberly. “We got the whole crew to go out.”

PARIS

“The wait to go up the Eiffel Tower was three hours!” says Kimberly. “We didn’t have the patience. We opted for a Nutella-and-banana crepe and a photo!”

OSLO

“It was definitely cold and wet,” says Kimberly. “That was something to get used to. We were battling jet lag and lack of sun!”
