This is just what you would expect from a slick Fonda video production—plenty of those familiar whoops, yips and yee-haws and a chorus of enviable California bodies able to grin and keep pace in unison. In her sixth workout tape, Fonda features dance aerobics without the bouncing and jumping that can sometimes cause injuries. This is clearly not a tape for novices. Those familiar with Fonda’s monkey pliés, chicken turns and sunshine arms will have less trouble keeping step for the full 50 minutes. Stumblers may have to just sit it out.
