It includes rooms with private baths, sightseeing, transport (except air fare) and almost all meals at a cost of $754 ($674 off-season) per person. Cosmos also has a deal that lets you fly to London from any of 22 U.S. cities for $550 to $750 round-trip at the height of the summer season.
Yugoslavia offers the tourist top value. Yugotours, an international operation, has an eight-day package going to the resort city of Dubrovnik on the Adriatic Sea from New York or Chicago. This includes air fare, first-class hotel and continental breakfasts for $999 in June to $1,049 in July and August ($100 extra from Chicago).
