The Inception star has never met Livia Bistriceanu, 41, but says she has shown up at his home and workplace. “Given this obsessive and harassing behavior,” DiCaprio said in court papers, “I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety is in jeopardy.” The alleged stalker was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the actor and barred from possessing any firearms. • George Michael, 47, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and possession of marijuana on Aug. 24 in London. The judge suspended Michael’s license for six months and warned him he could face jail time when he is sentenced Sept. 14. In an open letter posted last week, Michael apologized to his fans, revealing he enrolled in a drug detoxification program after his July crash and is currently receiving outpatient counseling several times a week.
