Model Mia Tyler, 28, daughter of Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, will walk this way down the aisle with guitarist Brian Harrah, 31. The musician presented her with an antique diamond ring. “We went to my dad’s hotel right after it happened to show off the ring,” Mia tells PEOPLE. “He hugged him and was like, ‘Good job, son.'”


Actress Milla Jovovich (inset), 31, and her fiancé, director Paul Anderson, 42, welcomed daughter Ever in L.A. Nov. 3. The first-time parents met while making 2002’s Resident Evil…. Bun in the oven: Giada De Laurentiis, 37, the Food Network’s Everyday Italian host, announced Nov. 5 on Today that she will have her first child, a girl, with her husband, clothing designer Todd Thompson, 43, next April.


Britney Spears, 25, was ordered by an L.A. court Nov. 6 to pay $120,000 toward ex Kevin Federline‘s legal fees. “I expect there will be [additional] fees my office will incur, so I anticipate further requests to the court,” says Mark Vincent Kaplan, an attorney for Federline, 29…. Actress and 2006 Skating with Celebrities champ Kristy Swanson, 37, was cleared of an assault charge in Ontario, Canada, Oct. 31. She was arrested in June after Marcia O’Brien, the ex-wife of her boyfriend and Skating partner, Olympian Lloyd Eisler, 44, claimed Swanson attacked her…. The two men charged in the Cheshire, Conn., murder of a mother and her two daughters have pled not guilty to charges of capital felony murder. Joshua Komisarjevsky, 27, entered his plea Oct. 30, and Steven Hayes, 44, followed suit two days later in connection with the assault on Dr. William Petit, 51, and killings of Jennifer Hawke-Petit, 48, and their daughters Hayley, 17, and Michaela, 11. Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against both defendants.


Country star Rosanne Cash, 52, will undergo brain surgery after having been diagnosed with a “rare but benign condition,” according to her Web site. Cash “is expected to make a full recovery.”


George Osmond, 90, father of Donny, 49, Marie, 48, and their seven siblings, died in Provo, Utah, Nov. 6. George managed his sons’ group the Osmonds…. Thomas Scott Cadden, 83, who composed the famous Mr. Clean jingle in 1957, died in Glenview, Ill., Nov. 2.


Actor Lane Garrison, 27, was sentenced Oct. 31 to 40 months in state prison for a drunk-driving crash that killed passenger Vahagn Setian, 17, in Beverly Hills last December. Also riding in the SUV with FOX’s Prison Break star (far left) was a 15-year-old girl who suffered a fractured pelvis and shattered arm, and a second girl, also 15, who was not seriously injured. “I just want to say to the Setian family how sorry I am,” he said at the sentencing, which drew a crowd of Vahagn’s friends in T-shirts bearing his image. “I am sickened by my behavior that night.”
