Reality TV producer Mark Burnett (Survivor) and actress Roma Downey (Touched by an Angel), both 46, got engaged Thanksgiving weekend. Burnett popped the question on a moonlit beach while the pair, who have dated since 2004, vacationed in Mexico. “I have found my angel,” Burnett tells PEOPLE.
Country singer Troy Gentry, 39, pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge after registering Cubby, a bear he had shot on an enclosure owned by a local businessman near Duluth, Minn., in 2004, as having been killed in the wild. Gentry will pay a $15,000 fine and give up hunting, fishing and trapping in Minnesota for five years, in addition to forfeiting the bear’s hide.
Despite Secret Service protection, first daughter Barbara Bush, 25, was robbed during a recent birthday trip with twin sister Jenna to Buenos Aires. Thieves snatched Bush’s purse while she was eating dinner…. Frank Agnello, Victoria Gotti’s youngest son and a star on A&E’s Growing Up Gotti, was arrested Nov. 10 in Suffolk County, N.Y., on misdemeanor drug charges. Police say they found OxyContin, morphine and marijuana inside a car he was driving. Released on bail the next day, Agnello, 16, will be arraigned Jan. 24. “There were no drugs found on his person,” his lawyer tells PEOPLE …. 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan, 38, was arrested in New York City Nov. 28 for allegedly driving while intoxicated. Morgan, on probation after pleading no contest to drunk driving in L.A. Feb. 17, allegedly failed a Breathalyzer test after being pulled over for weaving between lanes. Arraigned later that day, he will return to court Jan. 4…. Actress Tawny Kitaen, 45, who starred in VH1’s The Surreal Life last year, was charged with felony cocaine possession Nov. 21 in L.A. Authorities say 15 grams of the drug were found in the star’s San Juan Capistrano, Calif., home May 21. She could face up to three years in prison. A rep for Kitaen could not be reached.
Bebe Moore Campbell, author of Brothers and Sisters and 72 Hour Hold, died at her L.A. home Nov. 27 of complications from brain cancer. She was 56.

Heidi Klum and Seal have lots to be thankful for: On Nov. 22, the day before Thanksgiving, they welcomed son Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel. Married in ’05, Klum, 33, and Seal, 43, have another son, Henry, 1, and Leni, 2, Klum’s daughter from a previous relationship. Born in Santa Monica, Johan “is healthy, beautiful and looks just like his mother,” Seal said on Klum’s Web site.
