Producer Robert Evans, 72, wed model Leslie Ann Woodward, 34, in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, on Nov. 2. It is the first marriage for Woodward and the sixth for Evans, whose past wives include actresses Ali MacGraw and Catherine Oxenberg. Evans, who ran Paramount Pictures from 1966 to 1974, is the subject of the recent documentary The Kid Stays in the Picture….

On Nov. 3 actor Wallace Langham, 37, who was a regular in the 1990s TV series The Larry Sanders Show and Veronica’s Closet, married flamenco dancer Karey Richard, 34, in “West Hollywood, Calif. It’s Langham’s second marriage, the first for Richard.


After 22 years of marriage, Richard and Oracene Williams, the parents of the world’s top-ranked female tennis players, Serena, 21, and Venus, 22, were divorced on Oct. 29 in West Palm Beach, Fla. “Richard and I will continue to work together for the good of our girls,” Oracene, 50, said about the no-fault split with Richard, 60.


Actor Kevin Costner, 47, had an appendectomy at an L.A.-area hospital last month. He will continue work on Open Range, an upcoming western he is directing and starring in, after he finishes recuperating at home.


On Oct. 28 in Manhattan, publicist David Granoff, 50, sued Anna Nicole Smith, 34, for $155,000 in unpaid fees that he alleges the former Playboy Playmate owes him. Granoff, who says he was Smith’s publicist from April 2000 until late September, claims his efforts led to Smith’s deal to star in this year’s The Anna Nicole Show on E! Smith’s lawyer called the suit frivolous.


Actor Jonathan Harris, 87, who was best known for playing the craven Dr. Zachary Smith on the classic ’60s sci-fi series Lost in Space, died of a blood clot on Nov. 3 in L.A. More recently, Harris voiced parts in the Disney animated films A Bug’s Life and Toy Story 2….

Kam Fong Chun, 84, who retired as a Honolulu police officer in 1959 and went on to play detective Chin Ho Kelly for 10 years on the hit CBS show Hawaii Five-O, died of lung cancer on Oct. 18 in Honolulu.


Actor Robert Stack, 83, who played crime-buster Eliot Ness on the 1950s-’60s TV series The Untouchables and is currently the host of TV’s Unsolved Mysteries, is undergoing radiation treatment for prostate cancer. Stack’s rep called his prognosis “very good.”

On Oct. 30 in Sydney, Emmy-winning actress Judy Davis (Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows), 47, obtained a six-month court order against her husband of 18 years, actor Colin Friels (Child Star: The Shirley Temple Story), 50, which says that he may not assault or threaten his wife. Friels allegedly threw Davis to the ground and broke a glass table during an argument at their home. According to the couple’s rep, the Oscar-nominated Australian actress will continue to live with her husband and their two children.
