“Kudos to all the talented stars of High School Musical for the success they have achieved”

VANESSA AND ZAC
High School Musical has something for everyone in our family. My 17-year-old daughter is crazy for it. My 13- 11- and 8-year-old autistic sons love to rock out to the soundtracks, and my 6-year-old twin daughters live and breathe everything HSM. I have to admit my husband and I find ourselves singing right along with it as we cook dinner and the kids watch it for the 50th time.
I must confess I was as excited about your High School Musical story as my children were. We are huge fans.
Regarding Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron: I know I’m getting old when I haven’t a clue who the couple on your cover are.
I was delighted to see that Angelina and Brad took the time to put life jackets on all four kids before they took them on a boat ride. But where were the life preservers on Coco Arquette and Kalel Cage? Come on, folks, anything can happen. Protect your kids!

I’m no fan of Britney Spears, but I find it curious that when Britney takes her kids on a boat (without life jackets) you criticize her parenting skills. But when Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette take their daughter out on the water with no life vest on, you don’t say a word.
It is completely understandable why Mary Winkler killed her preacher husband, and frankly if it is true that he abused her for years, he deserved it. She still has to live with the horrible memories of his abuse and the fact that she shot him. Hopefully she’ll be able to reestablish a normal life with her family.
As a preacher’s wife, what part of “Thou shalt not kill” did Mary Winkler not understand? If she was indeed being abused by her husband, she should have left. Wouldn’t that have been a better way to fight for her daughters rather than murdering their father? Mary Winkler should be in prison, and she should never get those girls back.
DR. HUGO KEIM
Dr. Keim corrected my severe scoliosis 33 years ago and saved me from a life of disfigurement and pain. I have often wondered what became of this wonderful man. I was so happy to read that he is continuing his good works and even at 72 is still busy helping others. Thanks, Dr. Keim!
When Brad Pitt stops flying around the world in private jets, I will take his ecofriendly ideas seriously.
