So what does Bruce Willis think of Demi Moore‘s relationship with Ashton Kutcher? Well, Willis was comfortable enough with his ex-wife and her new boyfriend that he and his three daughters joined the couple last week for a private screening of Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle on the Sony lot in L.A. Willis has more than a passing interest in the action sequel; the actor has an uncredited cameo in the film. One day last summer, while visiting Moore on the set of Angels, Willis volunteered to play a small role as an FBI agent for scale. In return, he asked that the three stars, Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu, do a public service announcement about foster care, Willis’s favorite cause. The actresses agreed, and the PSA recently started airing.

Mr. Cruise went to Washington. And Ms. Cruz went along with him. Tom and Penélope flew to the nation’s capital last week so that Cruise could meet and greet some lawmakers. On June 12 Education Secretary Rod Paige hosted a private lunch for Cruise. “Tom has always been passionate about education and wanted to meet the secretary,” says the actor’s spokeswoman. The next day Cruise met with White House officials to discuss religious intolerance in Western Europe. That night the couple took Tom’s children—Isabella, 9, and Connor, 7—to dinner at hot D.C. eatery Teatro Goldoni. On their way out, they gave a bunch of promgoers a thrill by stopping by their table. “All right,” Cruise told the stunned students. “Prom! Cool.”

If you start to feel serene vibes while watching Legally Blonde 2, there’s a good reason. Director Charles Herman-Wurmfeld had a yoga instructor come to the set every morning for an hour and a half and lead everyone in exercises, including star Reese Witherspoon. “There’s nothing like seeing a 240-lb. grip doing yoga,” says costar Jessica Cauffiel. “Everyone was so Zen-ed out, it really provided for a calm environment.”

Kirsten Dunst only picked up a tennis racket a few months ago and she’s already headed to Wimbledon. Having just wrapped Spider-Man II, Dunst is getting ready to shoot Wimbledon, a romantic comedy in which the actress portrays a top-ranked player. To prepare for the part, Dunst has been training with 1987 Wimbledon champ Pat Cash, who’s given the actress a camera-ready arsenal of strokes. Dunst and costar Paul Bettany, who plays a struggling pro, will even get to play on Wimbledon’s famed Centre Court during the real tournament, which will be held June 23 to July 6. Producers are also looking to land a real-life tennis star—possibly Venus or Serena Williams—to appear in the film as one of Dunst’s opponents.

Whitney Houston and husband Bobby Brown are discussing their first joint big-screen project, Beffy & Charlie, in which they’ll play musical gangsters. Says Brown: “We’re going to be singing, robbing, stealing—a lot of things people might not want to see us do, but it’s going to be special.”…

Rob Reiner, 56, has lost 50 lbs. over the past few months, going from 265 to 215 lbs., by exercising and eliminating carbs. “I’ve got three kids and I want to be around for them,” Reiner says.
