Offscreen the newly separated actor is very much his own man. He launched the month by helping organize a series of public service announcements for The One Campaign, which seeks to raise awareness about AIDS and poverty worldwide. (Appearing with him in the PSAs, set to begin airing next month: George Clooney, Cameron Diaz and Tom Hanks.) “Brad’s really committed to these issues,” says Campaign spokesman Seth Amgott. “He has enormous influence and is doing an awesome job bringing Hollywood together to help.” He has also been uncharacteristically ubiquitous, showing up at a variety of charity events and in his first high-profile product pitch on U.S. TV, a Heineken ad that appeared during the Super Bowl.
