They’re shoes fit for a queen … though we’re guessing Queen Elizabeth won’t be wearing them! In honor of the British monarch’s upcoming Diamond Jubilee, shoe designer Aruna Seth has created a limited edition “British Shoe,” available exclusively at Harrods in London. The Swarovski-covered wedges (left) — adorned with more than 3,000 crystals — retail for about $4,700, while a pair of heels embellished with a Union Jack bow run around $2,300. Only 10 pairs of the blue heels are available; each took two weeks to make by hand. Seth’s shoes have been seen on stars like Pippa Middleton, Kate Hudson and Katherine Heigl; the Queen’s granddaughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, have carried the designer’s clutches, too.
